Alternatively, you can opt for cold therapy by placing the weighted eye mask in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It's recommended to limit the usage time for hot/cold therapy to under 30 minutes.
The versatile design allows you to remove the inner bag and use the eye mask as a regular sleep mask, providing perfect light blocking. This gives you the flexibility to use the hot/cold therapy whenever needed, just by wearing the eye mask with the inner bag.
